Are you crazy?

Are you crazy?

Are you nuts?

Are you not normal?

In some ways, yes.

Not many people run a marathon in 4 months.

Not many people read 75 books in a year.

Not many people are trying to do an Ironman in 7 months.

From zero.

There are few people who have ever achieved that.

Why can’t you be one of them?

Nothing stopping you but you.

But it’s such a crazy goal.

3.8k swim.

Into 180k bike.

Into a marathon.

All together.

All one after the other.

The average finishing time is 12-14 hours.

I don’t know if people understand that.

12 hours of continuous exercise without stopping.

It’s the ultimate endurance achievement.

You want to put yourself through that?

If you can, you can get through anything.

Only thousands of people alive have ever completed one.

Less than 0.01% of the world’s population.

That’ll be you soon.

6 months.

It seems crazy.

It is crazy.

But I will be there.

At the end of it calling myself an Ironman.

I can’t control a lot of what will happen to me the next 6 months.

Life will always throw curveballs at you.

It’s supposed to.

Just when you least expect it, everything could change.

But you just adapt.

You figure it out.

You always have.

Go with the flow.

Surrender to life.

Surrender to what it will show you.

Just finished the Surrender Experiment by Michael Singer.

Awesome book.

Awesome story.

What an incredible journey.

That takes twists and turns you least expect.

But every time Michael Singer’s life took a turn, he leaned into it.

He said yes.

But he waited.

The right people entered his journey at the right time.

He got a lot of help.

A lot of luck along the way.

But you just have to trust it.

You have to do your meditations.

Believe your faith.

Keep showing up.

Keep being authentic to you.

Keep living the best life you can.

Then the right people will show up at the right time.

Don’t measure your life in days.

Because many years during Michael’s life things seemed the same.

Just when he least expected it, life presented him with an opportunity.

He was just following what his heart led him to.

Turned into an incredible journey.

That’s what life should be.

A life with twists and turns.

But you have to put yourself out there.

You have to take risks.

You have to follow what your heart says, even if it’s not the path other people want for you.

Sometimes that journey will be lonely.

But the right people will enter it along the way.

You just have to trust it.

Trust the process.

Trust what life will show you.

What it will unlock for you.

But also put yourself in those crazy circumstances.

Like an Ironman.

Why are you doing this?

Because why not?

Am I crazy?

Sure I am.

That’s the only way to live.
