People don’t see the world the way you do. Everyone lives in their own reality. If two people look at the exact same picture, they’ll focus on entirely different things. The way you are and how you see the world is based on a variety of factors but my principal one is the environment. Depending on the type of environment you were exposed to as a kid, that's likely how you go about seeing the world. Because that’s all you’ve known and been exposed to, you don’t know anyone else’s experience. You assume the world is the way you see it. It's much more complicated than that. There are so many concepts most people don’t understand about history and politics and business and media and books and sports. Everyone knows what they know because of who they were as kids and how they developed. We can’t unlearn that. That’s not entirely true, but it’s so hard to unlearn your subconscious. To actively tell your subconscious it’s wrong. The way you see the world is incomplete. There’s so much you don’t know. Although that can be scary, it’s also interesting because today you can learn anything on the Internet. If you learn how to use it properly and leverage its power, you can change your life forever. Influencers have done this by monetizing attention. It’s a tough industry to enter but given your life experiences and how you see the world, you have something to say so why not say it on your terms on your platform. Go be who you’ve dreamt of becoming.
