Day 694 – Day 189 Quarantine – Sep.14.20 – You'll always be imperfect

‍

You’re imperfect. A work in progress. That never stops working. Never stops learning. Never stops understanding how to be better. With all of that comes time and experience and knowledge and wisdom. But you can’t replace that. You can’t speed up time & experience & knowledge & wisdom, no matter how hard you try. So relax. Take a depth breath. Enjoy the moments. Enjoy every single day. Because even though you’ll learn so much along this journey, you’ll never get the moments back. Ever. So don’t live your life on other people’s terms or what other people envision for you. Do it for you. No one else. Along the way you’re gonna screw up and make mistakes. That’s ok. You’re trying your best and working towards being better. Even though that better person may never come, it’s never about the end as much as it is about the journey. About the grind. About the moments in between. With family and friends and doing new things. Work will always come and go but the moments where you’re doing stuff for yourself and enjoying the moments, those are the ones worth living for. So go create because those moments are in your hands.
