Stop being afraid of change:

Stop being afraid of change.

Afraid of the unknown.

Afraid of taking risks.

That’s where all the fun in life happens.

Sure you may screw up.

You will fail.

You’ll be heartbroken and beaten down.

You’ll be criticized by those around you.

But at least you’ll be trying.

At least you’ll be growing.

At least you’ll be working to something.

Change is how life happens.

Evolve or die.

Nothing can stay the same forever.

Be adaptable.

The only thing in life that’s constant is change.

All the ideas you have about the future don’t exist.

Most will never happen.

Don’t let your mind keep you in the past or non-existent future.

Stop ruminating over what if.

What if that person liked me back?

What if I got into that school?

What if I got that job?

Guess what, you didn’t.

So stop letting it bother you.

Stop letting the what-ifs of your life dictate who you are.

Accept it, learn from it and move on.

Keep evolving.

Keep adapting.

Keep persisting.

If it didn’t go your way, brush it off and keep it moving.

Don’t let your past hold you back from your present and your future.

Whatever may change, let it happen.

Let every day come as it will.

Focus on what you can control, not what you can’t.

Become self-disciplined.

Learn to keep your habits the same, even as the world around you changes.

Once you spend enough time investing in your mind, body and health, you’ll be ready for anything.

Any change that comes your way, you’ll be waiting for.

So don’t be afraid.

Stop being afraid of change.
