The world deserves you:

The world deserves you.

It needs you.

All your experiences.

All your knowledge.

All your gifts.

You need to share them.

You need to show them.

You need to express them.

We all have a creative inside us.

All of us.

Most of us just won’t show up to do the work.

I get it.

It’s hard.

Life’s hard.

We have family and friends and a job and a partner and Netflix and Tik Tok and everything to care about.

But that won’t let you develop your gift.

That won’t let you develop your craft.

That won’t let you hone your skills.

Finding the creative inside you is a lifelong pursuit.

It never ends.

The problem is most people never start.

They never choose to do the work.

They never choose to take risks.

They never choose to step outside the bubble that they’re in.

I get it.

It’s hard.

It’s hard to fail at something for a long time and not know where you’re going.

Yet that journey is what’s worth it.

Burn this in your brain - the goal will not make you happy.

An amazing journey is what will.

It’s about the climb, not the end.

If you saw an amazing sunset at the top of the mountain, it’s worth way more if you had to hike up that mountain than if you were dropped off there.

You had to work for it.

You had to show up.

You had to put one foot in front of the other.

You had to try.

That’s it.

That’s all the world needs from you.

It’s not asking you to do any more than you can.

All it’s asking is for you to find you.

To develop you.

To be you.

The world deserves you.
