Wars between generations are coming:

Wars between generations are coming.

It’s something the world isn’t prepared for.

There’s not enough young people to support the generation that is getting older.

Fertility rates are falling in certain countries.

Those countries face population collapse.

After World War 2, the baby boomer generation had kids.

Those kids were our parents age.

However, the last few decades, some populations haven’t kept up their fertility rates.

What that means is as today’s young adults grow older, they have to support a larger generation of old people.

When working-age adults have to pay more for older generations, there’s a problem.

Why would you want to pay for someone who’s so much older than you?

Taxes will go up.

The government’s going to need to raise more money.

The problem is they blew it all getting to this point via money printing.

Do you know what money printing is?

It’s stealing from later generations.

From my generation.

When Congress enacts a bill and creates more money, they’re issuing future debt.

That debt has to eventually be paid and likely will by my generation.

The problem becomes when you can’t pay for that debt.

If you do, you default or print.

History is very clear.

No one chooses to default.

So central banks will choose to print.

Printing means issuing more future debt we can’t afford.

We’re going to have a debt explosion in the next few years.

We’re seeing commercial real estate start to fall over.

Remember though, we can’t save everyone.

Our generation is going to have to pay for it.

That means decreased quality of life, increased taxes and more people being unable to afford the basics.

Money printing leads to inflation.

Inflation is a silent killer.

If your wages don’t keep up with the pace of inflation, your quality of life decreases.

Your life becomes more unaffordable.

But imagine more of your money goes towards older generations to pay for their medical bills.

You’d be pissed.

You’d be upset.

You’d be frustrated.

Saw this tweet from Balajis that perfectly sums it up.

Your average 58-year-old American is white.

Your average younger American is not.

Do they really want to pay for the ‘oppressors?’

Do they really want to pay for the older generation that has printed trillions of dollars, pillaged the world’s resources and spends money on never-ending wars?

I’m not so sure.

Political battles are coming.

Generational battles are coming.

Wars between generations are coming.
