Don’t hold yourself back:

Don’t hold yourself back.

Don’t limit yourself.

Don’t get in your own way.

Speak your mind.

Speak your truth.

That doesn’t mean it will always be right.

But it’s your truth.

It’s documenting your growth over time.

People will criticize you.

People will tell you you’re wrong.

People will laugh at your opinions.

No problem.

Stick to your principles.

Stick to what you know.

If you get it wrong, re-adjust.

Question everything.

Just because something is right today doesn’t mean it will be right tomorrow.

The world is moving at an exponential pace and you have to keep up.

That means adjusting to new information.

But be careful.

We’re in the age of information warfare through social media.

Question everything you see online because there’s a lot of fake news, even that coming from mainstream trusted sources.

Verify your sources.

Check if multiple people have reported the same thing.

Look for confirming and refuting evidence.

Assess those equally and come to your own conclusion.

Do not blindly believe in what other people have to say.

Come up with the answers yourself.

As you do that, keep speaking your mind.

Keep sharing your thinking.

Keep telling the truth, whether or not people want to hear it.

The work you’ve put in and your experiences give you unique insights into how the world works.

Teach people how you see it.

No matter how much criticism and hatred you face, never doubt yourself.

You got here.

You put in the work.

You’re putting your opinion on the line.

Don’t doubt your ability.

Don’t hold yourself back.
