You need a why:

You need a why.

A why to get up in the morning.

A why to keep going.

A why that you enjoy.

Whether that’s job-related, family related or something else.

You need a reason.

What is your reason to exist?

What do you want to do with your life?

Where do you want to be?

Why?

Write it down.

Could be as big as you want.

Don’t limit yourself.

But you need a why.

Most people don’t ever think about their why.

Are you living for yourself?

Or for your family?

For your kids?

For something bigger than yourself?

To leave a legacy?

To make a lot of money?

Whatever it is doesn’t matter to me.

Do whatever you like.

But remember why.

It’ll keep you going.

Get you up.

Keep you focused.

And if you’ve never thought about it, good.

Do it now.

What is your why?

Victor Frankl and Neitzsche have told us - having a why can get you through any situation.

Frankl said in Man’s Search for Meaning - ‘Those who have a why to live can bear almost any how’.

Find meaning.

Find your why.

You need a why.
